AVAILABILITY

Our pricing reflects great value because we strive to maintain a high level of inventory for all of our merchandise available at our on line store. Occasionally demand does surpass our supplies as we replenish our stock. This can cause a slight delay in the shipping of your merchandise. If you have a critical time frame in which you are working please contact us to verify the item is in stock.

Shipping Policy/Delivery of Goods/ Claims and Errors

Shipping Policy -  Purchases greater than $150 get free shipping

Electronic Specialties INC. inspects all outbound shipments before they leave our facilities. Electronic Specialties INC. utilizes UPS/FedEx/ USPS or Freight Shipping as its shipper and damage can occur during transit. Damage can occur in two primary fashions: concealed damage, and noticeable damage. A claim cannot be filed for either type of claim unless all of the original packaging is available for inspection without any alterations. All shipping claims must be made within 48 hours of receipt.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Electronic Specialties INC. WHEN RETURNING AN ALREADY ACCEPTED PACKAGE DUE TO A SHIPPING CLAIM.

All claims will be denied if the above criteria are not met. Electronic Specialties INC. reserves the right to take up to seven business days to resolve its shipping matters with the United States Post Office. We are confident that when the above criteria is met that all freight claims are resolved quickly and easily. In the event that Electronic Specialties INC. ships an incorrect item we will replace the item at no cost to the customer, however we must be contacted and we must verify that the item is indeed incorrect.

MOST IMPORTANTLY, ALL ITEMS MUST HAVE A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND FORM FROM Electronic Specialties INC. WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM WHICH HAS BEEN SHIPPED INCORRECTLY.

1. How long will it take to process my order?
   Orders will be processed as soon as possible. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays, will be processed the next business week. If you ordered an item that is out-of-stock, you will receive an email with expected shipping date. Orders containing both in-stock and out-of-stock items will be shipped when all items are in stock.
   
   
2. How do you ship my order?
   Our standard shipment method is UPS/FedEx/ USPS or Freight Shipping. We are sorry, but we do not ship to post office boxes.
   
   Faster shipping methods and Saturday delivery are available for an additional charge. Please contact Electronic Specialties INC. to make arrangements for any special shipping needs for your order.

Return/Refund Policy

While we are eager to guarantee the quality of our products, all returns must be pre-approved by our customer service department. Please contact us at 800-227-1603 to contact a representative.

At Electronic Specialties INC. we want to ensure you are satisfied with your order and the ordering process.

If you would like to return your goods for any reason other than damage, your return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and you will be required to pay for the return freight.

Please do not throw away any packing material until you know the product is in good condition. If you see that the package is damaged, please make notes upon signing for the goods and take a picture of the damaged packaging if possible.

All items that are ordered from Electronic Specialties INC. can be returned within our guidelines and time frame. We understand that sometimes a purchase doesn’t turn out the way it was planned. Many unforeseen circumstances can lead for the need to return an item. We ask that you carefully check all of the quantities and specifications before ordering and if you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us. This is why we allow all items to be returned within 30 days of receipt; however, we will assess a 20% restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs.

Electronic Specialties INC. will process an exchange. We will assess a 20% restocking fee for all exchanges, and the customer is responsible for the costs of the return shipping costs. The value of the original purchase will be applied to the new purchase. In the event that the balance is more than the original purchase amount then another charge will be processed to cover the difference. In the event that the balance is less than the original purchase amount the difference will be credited.

DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

Electronic Specialties INC. goes to great lengths to assure the highest level of quality control.  We will not honor an exchange or refund for a defective product if the product has been misused, neglected or harmed in any manner outside of our care instructions. Please see the care instructions for these terms.

Warranty

This product is warranted to be free from defects for one year. If this product fails during the first 12 months due to faulty materials or workmanship, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge, at the discretion of the manufacturer.

 

NOTE: This one year warranty does not cover dead batteries and blown fuses.

All Electronic Specialties INC. products come backed by a one year limited warranty.

Electronic Specialties INC. warrants new items to you, the original retail purchaser, for one year from the date of purchase, against material or manufacturing defects.

Warranty is void if the product shows evidence of damage by misuse, humidity or any liquid, smoke or fire, improper handling methods, or alterations.
